We built a brand new, extensible website with flexible structure and great performance for our friends at Smartfit. Landing– and product pages can be managed by authors in house.
In collaboration with our friends at Smartfit we designed and implemented a brand new website for their Online Sizing product. Using this website setup we were able to completely merge their legacy Wordpress setup, effectively combining two separate websites into one.
Objective & Solution
The objective was to build a flexible website system which would enable the marketing team to work as autonomously as possible, while keeping presentation of content as consistent to the Smartfit brand as possible – all that on a budget.
Using Sanity's flexible structured content approach in combination with NextJS as the website's frontend, we were able to finish this project in roughly 2 months right before an upcoming trade fair.
Later the team was able to use the flexible content authoring capabilities of the website system to merge an entire legacy Wordpress website (for their POS products) into this new system – mostly without our involvement or code changes.

Sustainable, robust system
The newly implemented system is battled tested by now and beloved by team. They trust the setup and look forward to building upon it in the future.
I work with our website system on a daily basis and am very happy that I don't need any coding skills. I can focus on the what instead of wondering about the how!
